The DARE grant

The DARE Project is a project dedicated to first-year students enrolled at the Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Buildings that aims to reduce the dropout of studies after the first academic year by:

• organizing training courses to help you develop personally;
• familiarization with the field of construction through trips both in Bucharest and outside the capital;
• organizing workshops where you can meet successful engineers who will share their experience with you;
• organizing psychological tests to help you get to know yourself better;
• CV development and employment simulations;
• organizing practical contests (of presentations, building and testing models) equipped with prizes;
• administrating a mentoring program, through which students from older years help you both with the easier integration into the university environment and share their experience with you;
• guidance and professional advice from the university’s specialized department.
